- This justification is for a two-month extension to the period of performance for contract number 47PF0021D0007, on the basis of other than full and open competition. This firm-fixed-price extension for landscaping and related services will run from October 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026. The extension is required to prevent a lapse in landscaping services at GSA facilities while the follow-on contract is finalized. The competitive procurement process for the replacement contract is currently underway, with an expected award start date of April 1, 2027, to align with the standard April-to-November landscaping season. Previously, the solicitation, 47PF5326Q0001, was cancelled due to additional scope requirements.
