Vendors must read the solicitation in its entirety. Fill out all sections that require vendor input. The award will be a five year IDIQ starting in 2026. Official dates will be issued at time of award Questions must be sent to the Contract Specialist Olivia McDonald via email at olivia.mcdonald@va.gov. The final date questions will be accepted is 12:00 PM EST on 08/04/2026. NO Phone calls will be accepted. **All quoters agree to hold pricing for 90 days. Contract will not be awarded until after 10/01/2026. ** Amendment posted 08/05/2026 answering vendor Question and Answer received and Slight revision to Statement of Need.
