This solicitation is issued as a Full and Open Competition in accordance with RFO 6.1. Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 procedures are being used for this acquisition. Please see section B for the Salient Characteristics, Statement of Work, and Schedule. Please review the Instructions to Offerors located in Section D. An optional site visit has been scheduled for 07/21/2026 at 12:00pm. Please email stephen.nassan@va.gov before 07/20/2026 at 09:00am to reserve a visit.
