- REQUEST FOR QUOTE CALCIUM THIOSULPHATE METERING PUMP SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION - SEATTLE, WA INTRODUCTION This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey (USGS), Western Fisheries Research Center (WFRC), requires a Calcium Thiosulphate Injection System including installation as described in the attached Salient Characteristics. RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333914 Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing and associated size standard 750 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code (PSC) 4510 Plumbing Fixtures and Accessories. QUESTIONS All questions must be sent directly to elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov by Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 10:00am ET. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at elizabeth_adam@ios.doi.gov. All quote documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Thursday, August 16, 2026, at 10:00am ET. Quotes submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered Quotes must be submitted FOB Destination shipping to Seattle, WA, EVALUATION OF QUOTES Quotes will be evaluated by Comparative Evaluations. Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors (see Attachment).
