Further information and technical data will not be made available until the solicitation is released to public, on or around the estimated date listed below. An active DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, must be provided in order to receive all technical data. ** Mill Turn Machine per WVA Spec 01-26-3416 . Quantity 1 Each (With Option for 1 Each) Delivery Point: FOB Destination Estimated Date of Solicitation: July 13, 2026 SAM Notice: In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications. Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on SAM.gov Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/content/home and will be listed under Army Contracting Command ACC-WVA (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder�s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
