- Page 2 of 2 PROJECT: 36C260-26-AP-3685, 531-26-3-5043-0091 Exterior Painting Boise VAMC Bldgs 4, 120, 124 Project location: Boise VA Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702 Question: The SOW for Bldg 120 states, ""Coat handrails, guardrails, posts, and brackets with specified metal coating system."" - In reviewing the handrails around Building 120, it is unclear where our scope begins/ends. Can the government please clarify how much of the handrail is included in the scope of this project? Answer: The following graphic shows the extent of the area where the handrails need to be coated.
