- Description
- Reroute Power Supply POC: Erick Plamann, Contract Specialist, erick.plamann@usda.gov a licensed electrician remove the 2 conduit tripping hazard and reroute the supply power and control wires overhead to the mixing blender. The breaker panel for the 240-volt 3 phase supply power is located in the next room where the electrician will have to run new conduit through a wall to the mixing blender. The control wire panel is located within 10 feet from the mixing blender. We prefer that the electrician uses rigid conduit and seals all connections to prevent electrical arching. We do have fine dust particles from wheat and soy which can become highly flammable. The kitchen possesses a dust collecting system which gathers most of the dust particles.
