Description: The 375th Contracting Squadron (PKB2) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award to provide emergency Oil and Hazardous Substance/Hazardous Waste (OHS) spill response, sampling and cleanup services for Scott Air Force Base (SAFB) and resulting from operations of SAFB that take place off-installation within 25 miles.
