- The VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is soliciting headhunting services for the following positions: Gastroenterology and Cardiology. Solicitation is forthcoming. The solicitation will be available for download from https://sam.gov/content/opportunities. Interested vendors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process.
