- Solicitation number 1282A726Q0031 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Medical Services at Timber Lake Job Corp Center which includes examinations and assessments, treatment, issuance of prescriptions and immunizations, monitoring health conditions, recommending hospitalization, follow-up care, prevention planning and intervention, and all other services required by the Statement of Work (see Attachment 1 of Solicitation). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 621111. The small business size standard is Q201 This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Timber Lake Job Corp Center is located at: Timber Lake Job Corps Center 59868 E. Hwy. 224 Estacada, OR 97023 Quotes that do not include all required information, including pricing and complete credentials for proposed candidates such as resumes, insurance, and required licenses may be determined to be non-responsive. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs
