Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, remove and dispose of existing netting, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to design, furnish, and install a bird exclusion netting system in Hangar 13 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. The purpose of this system is to eliminate bird nesting and roosting within the facility and prevent further avian access by sealing off entry points in the walls and ceiling.
