- 8/5/2026-Amendment 004: This amendment shares logging plans and volume summaries, and provides responses to additional questions received. Refer to A004 SF-30 for qustions and answers 7/29/2026-Amendment 003: This amendment extends the reply due date and corrects an error in the solicitation. Refer to A003 SF-30 for corrections. 7/23/2026-Amendment 002: This amendment shares the pre-proposal conference notes and answers to questions received. Refer to A002 SF-30 for confrence notes. 7/15/2026-Amendment 001: This amendment is to provide notice that a pre-proposal conference will be held with interested vendors on 7/22/2026. Refer to A001 SF-30 for information on how to attend. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12363N26Q4189 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Mitchell Jackson IRSC. The purpose of the Mitchell Jackson DxP Stewardship Project IRSC is to modify the forest fuel conditions that influence fire intensity across the landscape, and reduce the potential for wildland fire to spread into Operable Unit 3 (OU3) and the corresponding exposure and migration risks in of Libby Amphibole Asbestos (LA) released from contaminated source media (e.g., soil, duff, and post-fire ash). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 113310 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
