- 516SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Bio-Rad D-10 Hemoglobin Testing System with D-10 Rack Loader for VA Manila Outpatient Clinic This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for information and planning purposes ONLY. It does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources capable of providing the required equipment. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Manila Outpatient Clinic is seeking potential sources capable of providing one (1) Bio-Rad D-10 Hemoglobin Testing System with D-10 Rack Loader. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with Size Standard of 1,000 employees.
