- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is BRAND NAME ONLY set-aside for small business vendors for the requested commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26226Q1195 The Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System, Tucson, AZ 85723 requires a firm fixed price contract for MIZUHO OSI HANA TABLE AND ACCESSORIES. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System. Shipping included in cost. No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract.
