- Amendment 0003 is issued to respond to questions received thus far regarding this solicitation and extend the solicitation closing date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR/RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M226Q0151 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Drydock Repairs to NOAA Ship Oregon II. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. See Attachment 1, Specification for Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. See Attachment 2 Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). See contract clauses CAR 1352.246-70 Place of Acceptance (APR 2010) and CAR 1352-70 Period of Performance (APR 2010) for date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance. See Section 3 for contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. See Section 5 for solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. See SF 1449 block 8 for date and time for receipt of offer.
