- 1) The purpose of this amendment (0002) is to: A) Issue a questions and answers document as attachment 7 B) Correct attachment numbering C) Add as-built drawings D) Extend the response time to August 11, 2026 1600 local. 2. Acknowledgement of this amendment 0002 is required with quote submission. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0784 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a roof replacement for USDA ARS in Dawson, GA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238160 The small business size standard is $19.0M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The magnitude of construction is between $800,000 and 1,300,000. A bid bond will be required along with quote submission. Performance and payment bonds will also be required after award. See the solicitation documents for more details.
