Location: Philippines, see attached PWS. This is a Request for Quote. This is NOT an order. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway. Upon completion of this quote, please email your response to both Capt Annie A. Berg at annie.berg@usmc.mil and SSgt Liu, Jacie at jacie.liu@usmc.mil. All quotes are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 9 Aug 2026 at 11:59pm [Philippines standard time]. Quotes may not be accepted past the RFQ close date & time specified unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government by the Contracting Officer. General Requirements. Quotes shall consist of, at a minimum: 1.Completed this Solicitation document with all required information filled. All yellow highlighted ares needs to be completed by quoters.
