- This Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified and capable industry partners to participate in a competitive, long-term engine production and sustainment strategy for USAF and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) fighter aircraft. This market research initiative seeks industry feedback on innovative propulsion solutions, production scalability (targeting a peak demand of over 180 engines per year by FY2034), and strategies to strengthen defense supply chain resiliency.
