- This is an amendment to the previous solicitation to extend the RFQ Deadline to Friday, August 7, 2026 and add further clarification to the requirement. The following documents have been edited/added to the RFQ: - F3N6116176A001_RFQ_Amended - Attachment 3 - Questions & Answers - Attachment 4 - Data Sheet ***SEE SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS, DATA SHEET, QUESTION & ANSWERS AND BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION*** DAP (DELIVERY AT PLACE) IS WITHIN KAISERSLAUTERN MILITARY COMMUNITY. IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2): Set asides are not applicable in Germany IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4)(iii): Is not applicable to this requirement IAW RFO 5.201(c): (1) This is a solicitation notice for twenty (20) 150lb wheeled clean-agent fire extinguishers to support Ramstein flightline operations. Fire extinguishers must be Amerex Model 775 (NSN 4210-01-610-6985) in accordance with TO 00-25-172. (2) The proposed contract action is anticipated to be full and open competition. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used and the award will be based on best value to the government. Funds are presently not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date. In the event the Government cancels solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
