- Repair Transformer station 9 at Range 301, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community - Tower Barracks IFB SEALED BID FAR 14 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $250,000 and $500,000. Seal bids must be delivered via mail or hand delivered per Solicitation Instructions no later than before Bid Opening @1400hr CET on 3 September 2016. All Questions must be submitted before close of business (1700hrsCET) on 12 August 2016 to provide time for DPW responses. Attachment 3_4 Price Schedule is for Contractor assistance in making bid only, and is not a required submission. Bid Price will be only evaluated on Lump Sum Total Price for CLIN0001.
