- Amendment 4: Additional Q&As - Offers Due Date Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction 1. The purpose of this amendment is to post additional questions and answers (Q&As). 2. The Q&As are updated and attached below. 3. The offers due date is extended to 08/18/2026. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 3: Sole Source Justification for Controls Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction 1. The purpose of this amendment is to post a sole source justification for a portion of the requirements. 2. This sole source justification is only for the fire alarm system products and maintenance services portion of the construction project currently under solicitation. 3. Automated Logic is the sole source provider for the fire alarm system products and maintenance services. 4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 2: Site Visit Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction 1. The purpose of this amendment is to post the site visit sign-in sheet and the preproposal conference minutes. 2. The following attachments are posted: - B03 Pre-Proposal Conference Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction - B03 Sign-In Sheet Site Visit Pryor Clinic Expansion Construction 3.
