- 08/03/2026 Correction: Changes anticipated award date from 08/07/2026 to 08/28/2026. This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only Pre-solicitation. 1. Notice Title and Type Pre-Solicitation Notice 2. Description of Requirement The USFS timber management program relies on specialized tree marking paint that contains a tracer element used to mark timber during timber harvesting operations. The temperature of the designated paint storage area must be kept above 50� Fahrenheit year-round to ensure the integrity of the paint. The current heating system is electric heat sheetrock that was damaged and no longer fully functional. 4. NAICS Code The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. 5. Set-Aside Information This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. 6. Tentative Dates RFQ Release: 08/07/2026 Anticipated Award Date: 08/28/2026 7. Project Location: 2502 E Sherman Ave Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814 8. Period of Performance: Project is expected to begin approximately 10/1/2026 � End date 120 days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. 9. Price Range: Less than $25,000. 10.
