- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to provide Religious Ministry Musical Director for the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma AZ, Chaplain�s Office the period of performance is expected to begin on 1 September 2026. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via SAM (www..gov) on or around 3 August 2026. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 711130 (Musical Groups and Artist) with a size standard of $15M.
