- The NTDC form referenced in the RPP is not applicable at this time. Vendors should include in their response a statement addressing their ability to meet one of the three requirements of 10 US Code �4022(d) as listed in the RPP. The RPP has been revised and vendors are invited to review the attached updated copy and respond as requested.
