- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: Innovive Disposable Individually Ventilated Caging System and Accessories for Rodents Minneapolis VA Health Care System Page 2 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026 01. This solicitation is an unrestricted, full and open competition solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS CODE: 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 6640 - Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. The Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Building 49, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 is seeking to purchase new BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: Disposable Individually Ventilated Caging System and Accessories for Rodents.
