- This solicitation is set aside exclusively for eligible 8(a) small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.805; only 8(a) firms certified by the Small Business Administration may submit proposals. Solicitation 70Z03026QCLEV0057 - U.S. Coast Guard Station Alexandria Bay Fuel Dock Entry Ramp Replacement Project. Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the U.S. Coast Guard Station Alexandria Bay Fuel Dock Entry Ramp Replacement Project.? Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements. No incumbent exists as this project is a new requirement. Site visits are highly encouraged and recommended for the development of an accurate quote.
