This is a Solicitation notice for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 2. Set-Asides: a. Set-Aside Strategy: Total Small Business Set-Aside. 3. Codes for Services or Supplies a. Product Service Code (PSC): 7110 - Office Furniture b. NAICS Code: 337214 � Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing 4. Description a. Description of Supplies or Services: See Solicitation SF 1449 and corresponding attachments for full detail of this solicitation. b. Trade Agreements Language: Not Applicable c. Technical Data: Not Applicable d. Construction Contract Information: Not Applicable. e. All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate in accordance with the solicitation. f. Competitive Status: This is a competitive action for Total Small Business Set-Aside g. Qualification Requirement: In accordance with the solicitation. h. Specifications, technical data, and other pertinent information: In accordance with the solicitation. i. Brand name specifications: Brand name or equal in accordance with the solicitation. j. See solicitation SF 1449 for a list of solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. 5. Significant Dates, Times and place for receipt if offer. a. RFQ Response Deadline: Friday, 14 August 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO. b. Site Visit: Thursday, 6 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT: The site visit will start at the 60th Contracting Squadron (Building 549). c. Base Pass Deadline: Tuesday, 4 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT: Visitors requiring base access must email their first and last name to the Contract Specialist no later than this date and time. Passes will be available for pickup at the Visitor�s Control Center (Building 615) outside the main gate. Access Requirements: Due to high visitor volume, it is recommended to arrive at the Visitor Control Center at least one hour prior to the event. All visitors must present a valid REAL ID or Passport, along with current vehicle registration and insurance, to be granted access to the military installation. d. Questions Deadline: Friday, 7 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted via email to both Points of Contact. Any inquiries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted or addressed. e. Submission Method: Offers must be submitted electronically via email to both Point of Contacts.
