- National Stock Number (NSN) & Item Description: 1005-01-254-9801, Return and Transfer Rod Quantity Estimates (Yearly): 1,785 units Unit of Issue: Each Delivery Schedule: 149 days after delivery of order (ADO) All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on DLA�s Internet Bid Site (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/) on its issue date on or about August 12, 2026. The Small Business size standard is 1000 or less employees for NAICS 332994. NSN 1005-01-254-9801 has AMC/AMSC of 1/G. Drawings/specifications are currently available by searching �MR012549801� in the solicitation field within TDMT and through the DIBBS solicitation link on the solicitation issue date. TDMT can also be found here: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Refs/TechData/ The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes items within the Federal Supply Class 1005. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and surge support as evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
