Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Deer Park, Texas (BP/PEMEX Terminal); and the intended discharge port/place is Namsen Statland, Norway (DLA Fuel Terminal). The laydays commence 02 September and cancel 03 August 2026, and the period of performance is one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as �Unrestricted� is based on the Contracting Officer�s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
