- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to ScriptPro USA Inc. ScriptPro Equipment and system upgrades are proprietary and may only be licensed by ScriptPro USA Inc. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 23 medical facilities. The NAICS code is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $34 Million, and PSC J065. ScriptPro USA Inc. UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4 5828 Reeds Road Mission, KS 66202-2740 This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency by e-mailing such statement and supporting documentation to Marie Weathers, Contract Officer, at marie.weathers@va.gov . Statements are due no later than 8/12/26 at 10:00 am Central Time. Please indicate Response to ScriptPro Expansion Upgrades in subject line of e-mail. No phone calls please. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
