Amendment 3: Attached updated combined synopsis/solicitation to reflect solicitaiton extension Amendment 2: Extension of solicitation to 15 August 2026 Amendment 1: Q&A Document Posted and Statement of Work Update This requirement is for a Lagoon Sludge Survey, Sampling, and Analysis at Minot Air Force Base, ND. See attachments: Attachment 1 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document Attachment 2 - DAF Clauses Attachment 3 - Statement of Work Attachment 4 - Quote Sheet, RFQ # FA4528-26-Q-TB-03 Attachment 5 - Q&A Document Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. If funds become available, an award can be anticipated to take place prior to 30 September 2026.
