Please email the Contract Specialist listed on the notice***Advance Notice/Sources Sought for SCSTC Training Tools Follow-On. This is a combined Advance Notice/Sources Sought only. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order. The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. All SEAPORT MAC holders will need to register PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals.10 March 2026- Revision 1 updates Industry Day information. Industry Day will be virtual. See Sources Sought Rev 1 document for further details.7 April 2026- Attaches the Industry Day Slides and provides the pre-registration list Sixty-nine (69) individuals representing twenty-nine (29) companies pre-registered for Industry Day and fifty-four (54) individuals joined day of. 10 April 2026 - Switching Sources Sought from SeaPort Opportunities to PIEE-SOL/SAM.gov. Capability Statments are no longer being accepted and were due 25 March 2026 at 12:00. Please see SeaPort Opportunity for original Sources Sought/RFI. UPDATE: Contract Type � The Government contemplates award with much of the effort being Firm Fixed Price (FFP), as well as minor Cost elements in order to comply with EO 14402. Previous submittals should be revised to update the new contract type accordingly. If new vendors would like to express interest in this opportunity, please respond within ten (10) calendar days.
