- SOURCES SOUGHT: The National Park Service is seeking interested and capable sources for the construction of a new Visitor Center at the Badlands National Park. This is NOT a solicitation. Please see the attached draft Specifications and Drawings. If your firm is interested and capable of performing this work, please submit an email directly to the CO, Mr. Cole Johnson, at Cole_Johnson@NPS.Gov by 8/5/2026 at 10AM Mountain Time. In your email, please cite the following: 1. In the subject header of the email, please include ""DOIPFBO260022."" 2. Cite your firm's name. 3. Cite your firm's CAGE or UEI (as found on your SAM.Gov entity registration. 4. Please indicate if your firm is a Small or Large business; use NAICS 236220, size standard of $45M. 5. Please indicate if your firm is willing to participate, should the government solicit this requirement using FAR 14 Sealed Bidding procedures. Additional Information: Estimated Project Magnitude: $10M - $20M. Wage Determination: Davis Bacon *The government has not yet determined whether or not it will solicit this requirement to SAM.Gov. Responses received in reply to this notice will be incorporated into the Government's Market Research Report and Acquisition Plan. Should the government decide to solicit this requirement to SAM.Gov, a solicitation will likely be issued late August 2026. Please provide a response to this notice NLT 8/5/2026 by 10AM Mountain Time, to Cole_Johnson@NPS.Gov. Late submissions may be accepted.
