- The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center located in Mountain Home (Johnson City), Tennessee has a requirement for Renovate Building 204 Cath Lab II in accordance with (IAW) the provided specifications and drawings. This project consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. Amendment 0001 - provides revised drawings and specs Amendment 0002 - provides Site Visit sign-in sheet Amendment 0003 - provides RFIs and responses, revised specs and drawing, cath shielding, final coordination study for reference, and an addendum summary for the drawing and spec changes. This extends proposal responses to 8/10/2026 Amendment 0004 - provides follow up RFIs and responses, revised documents for these RFIs, only.
