- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of various new, commercial-grade kitchen equipment items. This includes freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, convection ovens, griddles, and hot/cold food tables as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the USPFO Warehouse, Bldg 11-62, Camp Ripley, 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345, on or before 30 September 2026. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside conducted under the simplified procedures of FAR 12.201-1. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the Best Value to the Government. The evaluation will be conducted using a Best Value Tradeoff methodology evaluating Technical Capability and Price. Submission Instructions: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to eric.a.ahlgren.civ@army.mil. To be considered for award, quotes must adhere strictly to the three-attachment Adobe PDF submission structure outlined in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 found within the attached solicitation document. Attachments Solicitation W912LM26QA019.pdf: Contains the SF 1449, schedule of supplies, and all applicable clauses and provisions, including detailed, structured submission instructions. SOW - J4 Lifecycle Kitchen Equipment.docx: Contains the detailed technical specifications and requirements for all equipment.
