- This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. THE WORK CONSISTS OF THE REMOVAL AND SATISFACTORY DISPOSAL OF ALL MATERIAL ABOVE ELEVATION -16.0 MLG FROM C/L STATION 70+00 (MILE 1.3) TO C/L STATION -210+00 (MILE -4.0), OF FRESHWATER BAYOU CHANNEL FROM THE LIMITS AS SPECIFIED HEREIN AND SHOWN ON THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS. ALL DREDGED MATERIAL SHALL BE TRANSPORTED AND SUCCESSFULLY DEPOSITED ON THE GULF SHORELINE WEST OF THE FRESHWATER BAYOU CHANNEL, AS SHOWN CONTRACT DRAWINGS. Incorporate the following changes to the bid schedule, plans, specs, and drawings. 2. Bid opening has been extended to Thursday, 23 July 2026, at 1:00pm local time. The Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist will begin downloading bids at 10:00am local time, which is the bid submission receipt cutoff time.
