- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPLIERS (RFO FAR 12.201-1(2) and 5.101(b)(1)(i)(A)) Solicitation Number: 15B50126PR000151 - 26Z5ZN7 - REPLACE HOT WATER TANKS Agency: Federal Bureau of Prisons � FCI Bastrop Classification Code: 4410 - Industrial Boilers NAICS Code: 332410 - Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW. RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Bastrop intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) supply contract to purchase hot water tanks. The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-1(a) (1) and RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. The NAICS code 332410 - Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(2).
