- Project Title: Procurement of Pure-Processing Inspection HDMI Control Module and Inspection Scopes for Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center, Albuquerque, NM The purpose of this RFQ is to seek quotes from qualified sources under NAICS code 339113 for HDMI Control Module and Inspection Scopes. Responses to this RFQ will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Required Items � Brand Name Only. The supplier shall provide the following Pure-Processing brand name items only (no substitutes or ""equal"" products will be accepted. The proposed action is for a firm-fixed price contract. The Government contemplates issuing one (1) solicitation for the equipment(s) needed to be provided to the following facilities: Albuquerque VA Healthcare System Contractor shall provide the following information along with Authorized Distributor letter: Vendor: Address: Telephone Number: Business Size: Socioeconomic Category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business e.g.): UEI Number: Authorized Distributor Y/N: Please submit your quote by 08/17/2026 3PM ET, including product pricing, lead time, shipping charges, and confirmation of ability to supply only the specified brand name items.
