(ABOA): 2,085 Space Type: Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Up to 20 Firm Term: Up to 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Ground Floor for office/warehouse, 14 ft minimum ceiling height in warehouse, 2,500 sq ft Ware Yard Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
