- This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, following RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quote that (1) conforms to the requirements of the pre-solicitation/solicitation; (2) that receives a rating of �Acceptable� on the Technical Capability evaluation factor; and (3) that submits the quote with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is not unbalanced and is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or to make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotes received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. 1. The solicitation number is FA486126P0026. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026. 3. This combined pre-solicitation/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 261920- Convention and Trade Show Organizers, Small Business Size Standard $20M. 4. Offeror�s shall provide a completed Price List. Below is the contract line-item number (CLIN) breakdown: CLIN 0001 � NELLIS AFB MARRIAGE RETREAT 5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide Marriage Retreat Services in two parts: Reservation of a lodging facility that is within 50 minutes of Nellis Air Force Base from 14 � 16 Aug 2026. The facility would need to accommodate up to 60 adults and 30 children with double- occupancy rooms. The hotel must be within walking distance of restaurants while also providing 4 meals sufficient to feed up to 90 attendees. There must be a conference room available for everyday use as a dining facility/space for manager-led instructions meetings with the use of audio/ visual equipment.
