- FY26 BC-GS RESTORATION CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEY, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, PRINEVILLE DISTRICT OFFICE, CROOK COUNTY, OREGON This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L3726Q0136 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. Product Service Code B503 - Special Studies/Analysis - Archeological/Paleontological. The Purchase Order will be issued as a firm, fixed-price agreement with a single lump sum payment. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Boise District Office, Ada County, Idaho has a requirement to perform a Cultural Resource Survey on selected sites administered on BLM lands within the boundaries of the Prineville District in the State of Oregon. The project area totals 2,669 acres with work to be performed from October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027. The project area is located west and southwest of Dayville, Oregon, on the south side of US Highway 26 (US 26) in Grant County.
