- To procure One (1) 180-kVA low-profile fixed frequency converter system (brand name or equal), capable of converting facility power into reliable 400 Hz aircraft ground power to support KC-46 and C-17 maintenance operations. The system shall include all required input/output cables, technical documentation, commissioning support, standard manufacturer warranty, and maintenance instructions. The offered product shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics and all requirements identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
