- Project Title: Repair Fire Hydrants / Valves Project Location: Shaw AFB Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 141 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Competition: This is a 100% Small Business set aside acquisition for NAICS 236220. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. A Site Visit for this requirement was held on 7 July 2026 at 9:00 A.M. on Shaw AFB, SC. No other Site Visit will be held for this requirement. ***Site Visit Attendance is mandatory for proposal submission.*** Note: This posting is a notice to the solicitation posting on PIEE. Through PIEE you will find all attachments, bid submission system and solicitation information. Questions and answers have been posted as ""Attachment 11 - Questions and Answers"" on PIEE Time Zone: All times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) All correspondence shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
