- Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate various changes, including revising the CMMC requirement at the time of contract award to Level 2 (Self) and updating DFARS clauses under Sections 00 45 00 and 00 70 00, and to respond to RFIs and extend the proposal due date to August 24, 2026 by 2:00 PM PDT. **Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to re-open the solicitation, incorporate various changes, and establish a new proposal due date of July 27, 2026 by 2:00 PM PDT. **Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update the anticipated period of performance, incorporate Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements, incorporate FAR and DFARS provision and clause changes as a result of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) initiative, update Sections 00 45 00 and 00 70 00, respond to RFIs, and extend the proposal due date to April 13, 2026. **Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and extend the proposal due date to April 8, 2026. **INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (EDWOSB) SET-ASIDE UNDER NAICS 238990 ALL OTHER SPECIALTY TRADE WORK AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT FACILITIES WITHIN THE NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) LEMOORE, CA, AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) AND OTHER LOCATIONS AS APPROVED
