- The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required to provide construction, and other related services necessary to construct and renovate the office building in compliance with applicable codes. Related services include, but are not limited to, permitting, testing, inspection during construction, and commissioning. This solicitation is only available to contractors below that hold an active contractor on the Region 8 MACC Construction IDIQ contract. A Hole in the Wall Construction Dawson Enterprises, LLC Guardian EC II JV LLC Haass Construction Co., Inc. Ironwood Commercial Builders, Inc. Olgoonik Specialty Contractors, LLC RealCo Development, LLC Solid Ground, LLC Tribal One Broadband Technologies, LLC Weil Construction, Inc.
