- - The Government hereby cancels Solicitation No. 36C24826Q0790 issued on June 29, 2026, in its entirety. During quote review, the Government has determined that some details were missing on the SOW and has determined that the changes required to the solicitation are substantial such that additional sources likely would have submitted offers had the changes been known. The contemplated changes affect scope and performance requirements and/or terms to an extent not reasonably anticipated by prospective offerors at time of original issuance, necessitating cancellation and re-solicitation. Accordingly, cancellation and reissuance are required.
