- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPLIERS (RFO FAR 12.201-1(2) and 5.101(b)(1)(i)(A)) Solicitation Number: 15B51726PR000148 B&F 26Z5AV7 - Emergency Repair of Elevator C&D Agency: Federal Bureau of Prisons - FDC Houston Classification Code: 3895 - MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT NAICS Code: 333921 - Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW. RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FDC Houston intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) service contract directly to suppliers to repair elevators C&D. The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-1(a) (1) and RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. The NAICS code is 333921 - Elevator and Moving Stairway Manufacturing. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(2).
