- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure Playground Equipment with delivery and Installation at Lake Red Rock in Knoxville, IA to be complete by 1 November 2026. This procurement will be based on Lowest Price that can meet the desired requirements and specifications in the Statement of Work that is attached.
