- Updated July 21, 2027: Solicitation has been extended to allow additional site visits. Project Title: WOSB Set-Aside: Renovation of Building 20 Restrooms Description: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) at Base Los Angeles/Long Beach has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate two restrooms located in Building 20. This opportunity is a total set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to: Men's Restroom: Repairing a section of the wall and matching existing tiles, installing a 24""x36"" plumbing access panel, installing one government-furnished urinal, and replacing the floor tiling. This will require the temporary removal and re-installation of one toilet and its partitions. Women's Restroom: Replacing the floor tiling, which will require the temporary removal and re-installation of one toilet and its partitions. The work will be performed at USCG Base Los Angeles Long Beach, 1001 South Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731. The contractor must adhere to all security, safety (OSHA and EM385-1-1), and badging requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. All products must comply with the Buy American Act. Work is to be performed one restroom at a time to minimize disruption to facility operations. This requirement will be awarded using a best-value tradeoff process, where past performance will be considered more important than price. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
