- The solicitation will require time charter of one (1) Jones Act qualified, U.S.-flag vessel required to support the Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, in the vicinity of Pearl Harbor, HI. Anticipated lay days: 24 October 2026 to 15 February 2027. Please see attached Request for Proposal (RFP) N3220526R6057 and all RFP attachments for full details. Please see attachment N3220526R6057 - Amendment 0001 for revisions to the RFP effective 21 JUL 2026. This includes Q&As and revisions to Attachments (04) and (06). The Offer Due Date/Local Time has NOT been extended.
